This is Claire's signature style class that she has worked on fine-tuning over the last 2 years. A strong flowing class with a focus on movements that are useful for Crossfitters and athletes alike. Building all round strength and flexibility. Expect to work on, handstands, handstand progressions, headstands, handstand push ups, deep core work and even some cartwheels from time to time!
