This includes tools to help you retrain how you think about food and training , with a focus on mindset training to help you get through any moments of weakness. These methods are all tried and tested by Claire herself  and there is a variety of packages to choose from based on your goals and what you need as an individual. All plans include weekly check-ins and contact with Claire for any questions you may have and for motivation to stay on track.
